In order to formally establish the Central SRA, property owners within the designated area need to submit formal consent forms to the Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality.
The required majority required is 50% + One of all owners of property within proposed SRA area.
We would prefer you to complete the Consent Form by DOWNLOADING THE CONSENT FORM which you may return via email on our Contact Page, via fax to 010 591 5660 or drop off at 164 Russel Road, Central during Office Hours.
If you are signing on behalf of someone else or a legal entity then you will need to DOWNLOAD A PROXY FORM.
