The proposed SRA boundary is described as follows:
Travelling south from the corner of Rink Rd and Russell Rd, the demarcated area follows Russell Rd until
taking a right at Winston Ntshona street, as the demarcated area follows the east side of the Donkin Reserve.
The demarcated area then follows Winston Ntshona street directly to the corner of castle Hill and Hope Street, and continues on to the corner of Military Road and Dagleish Road. At the end of Dagleish road the demarcated area heads right, and tracks along the valley behind the properties on Cuyler Crescent, Twickenham road, Athol Fugard Terrace, and cuts back between Fort Street and Fort Frederick. At the end of Annerley Street the demarcated area run parallel to Brickmakers Kloof Road, including the erven on the south side of Cuyler street and Gordon Terrace, as it makes its way to the top of Brickmakers Kloof.
At the top of Brickmakers Kloof Road, the demarcated area takes a right at the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan Art Museum and continues on to the end of Rink Street, including the buildings on the west side of Rink street, where it joins up with Russell Road again.
