Andrew’s opinion on the proposed Central SRA:

Despite negative press from some quarters, the Richmond Hill SRA is a big success. As a property investor in Central I have a vested interest the taking back of Central through restoring law & order, closing down unlicensed/un-zoned businesses, building and park upgrades etc. I believe that the Central SRA could be the conduit through which this can be achieved when communicating with council, the police, MBDA etc.
